Three Tips for a Successful Ceremony Rehearsal

Your wedding rehearsal is about logistics and planning so that your wedding ceremony goes smoothly. The following are helpful suggestions to have a successful rehearsal and a spectacular wedding ceremony.

Ceremony Rehearsal Tips:

1. Ask all attending the rehearsal to arrive on time. This would include all members of the wedding party. It is helpful to have the musician(s) or DJ attend as well as any readers, ushers, and parents so cues and timing can be coordinated for the event.

2. Know in advance of the rehearsal any logistical obstacles (wedding arch, planters, urns, bodies of water, etc).

3. If possible, have a few chairs to represent the front row. This will show the amount of space needed as well as give a chance for your ushers to practice seating mothers for the ceremony.

Of course these are just three tips...for more on “Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Tips”, drop me an email or comment and I would be happy to share more.

Cruise on into the Classic City Bridal Show Sunday

Be sure to mark your calendar for this Sunday, January 25, 2009. I can hardly wait to be a part of the annual Auburn Cord Duesenberg (ACD) Classic City Bridal Show. The show is from 12-5pm at the ACD Museum (1600 South Wayne Street, Auburn, Indiana). We (Megasound) will have a booth to share wedding planning information with brides and grooms. We will be able to answer almost any wedding- planning questions. We will have current issue copies of the Business People Magazine-Planning Your Wedding (PYW) as well as just a couple of complimentary copies of the Fort Wayne Magazine-Weddings issue to hand out at the show.

A cool part about the Classic City Bridal Show is that the museum remains open so that everyone can check out all of the vintage cars. The guys will have a great time while you are at the fashion show (two to choose from with one at 1pm and the encore at 3pm). This is such an awesome facility to play at for weddings so this week will hopefully go quickly.

You will also want to stop by our booth to register for 50% off one of our three hour music shows. This is a great prize for any couple planning their wedding ceremony and reception for 2009 or 2010.

Give us a call at 260-402-1533 to get your free passes for this upcoming bridal event taking place in Auburn, Indiana. I look forward to seeing you on Sunday.
